From small beginnings in Westport, Co Mayo the Edible Landscape Project (ELP), an education and training initiative, has evolved into a national movement.

A registered charity since 2023, and a social enterprise, ELP encourages communities of all kinds to implement simple, sustainable practices in order to create edible landscapes in their schools, communities and businesses.
